At Coach Catholic, we recognize the multitude of organizations that have developed to increase our faith over the years. We intend no slight if one organization is emphasized over another. As we deepen our faith, we hope to find a deeper relationship with one another as we serve our God and neighbor.
Since this site first launched, many social organizations and social media contributors have shared with you. Our hope is to bring their wit, wisdom and thoughts together in a simple place.

Coach Catholic started in commemoration of a catechist that provided great influence in the life of Sir Knight Todd Vincent-Stephen Cucchiara. Growing up in Western New York, Todd went to Saint John Fisher College studying philosophy and economics. Upon completion of his Baccalaureate degree, he continued his education with a Juris Doctor and received his masters from Catholic University.
Throughout his life, Todd has relied on his faith in service to others.
He was approached by one of his catechists to join the Knights of Columbus. While in law school, he was approached by a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and more recently the Legio Mariae (Legion of Mary). He continued his education through seminars on Leading Like Jesus and has the vision of sharing with heart, mind and voice.
Through all of this, the lesson of his catechist, Ted Mooney, resonates in the marks of the Church: One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic.
Sir Knight Ted Mooney, a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus and high school coach, expected excellence, instilled encouragement, and put his heart into everything he did. That life lesson lives on in those he coached.
In the spirit of Coach Mooney, Coach Catholic seeks to support catholics in their development and strengthen their faith. Coach Catholic also invites those simply curious about the oldest Christian faith.
Coach Catholic wants you to win at your faith. Let us know how we can help. Ancient Order of Hibernians, Knights of Columbus, Legion of Mary, and many other fraternal and member organizations form to enrich your faith development.
